Recommendations of the Business Model Review in late 2004 also recognised the importance of stakeholders and the need to enhance opportunities for professional and positive communication.
In early 2005, the Department subsequently established a Stakeholder Liaison Officer role, to provide stakeholders with one central access point for suggestions, questions and general assistance.
