This website aims to ensure QCS stakeholders are able to continue making valuable contributions to the corrective services system in Queensland.
The site contains regular updates on key projects and is a forum for ensuring open lines of communication between the Department and stakeholders.
The Stakeholders Newsletter assists stakeholders gain an insight into new initiatives and other relevant developments in rehabilitation, corrections and community safety.
The Department's monthly magazine Corrections News is also a valuable insight into the latest news from the Department.

Recommendations of the Business Model Review in late 2004 also recognised the importance of stakeholders and the need to enhance opportunities for professional and positive communication.
In early 2005, the Department subsequently established a Stakeholder Liaison Officer role, to provide stakeholders with one central access point for suggestions, questions and general assistance.
